Kay Challis

Kay Challis appears in Doom Patrol's flashbacks as a young girl growing up in a strained, often frightening household. She's watchful and quiet, the kind of child who has learned to read a room before she enters it, holding herself carefully around the adults she can't predict.

Skye Roberts plays childhood pain without ever overplaying it, letting silence and small physical choices carry scenes that could easily tip into melodrama. The show trusts her restraint to do the heavy lifting, and it pays off: her Kay feels like a real child absorbing a world too large and unsafe for her, not a plot device.
