Kasumi Miwa

Kasumi Miwa is a young sorcerer-in-training at Kyoto Jujutsu High, sword in hand and nerves rarely far behind. Quiet and easily flustered, she doubts her own strength next to flashier classmates, but she shows up, trains hard, and keeps trying even when she's scared.

Miwa is refreshing precisely because she isn't a prodigy — the show lets her be earnest and a little awkward without turning that into a joke. Akasaki plays her nerves as genuine rather than comic relief, so every small moment of courage she manages actually lands as courage.
