Junior

Junior is one of the many small, sharply drawn faces that pass through Futurama's crowded future, a character glimpsed rather than dwelt on, dropped into the show's sprawling world of bureaucrats, aliens, and background weirdos with just enough personality to register before the scene moves on.

The character works because Phil LaMarr is one of animation's great utility players, able to snap a minor role into focus with a vocal choice or a single line reading. Futurama thrives on exactly this kind of texture, and LaMarr's gift for quick, distinct character work is part of why even its smallest parts feel inhabited.
