Character
Julius
Julius in The Cleveland Show (2009), played by Kevin Michael Richardson.
Julius is one of Rallo's best friends. He is close to the same age as Rallo, although his delicate voice suggests that he is less mature than Rallo and Walt. However, it is reveled in "Harder, Better, Faster, Browner" that Julius is actually older than Rallo when he states that he wishes he was still 5 1/2 years old like Rallo.
