Judge Joe Brown

Judge Joe Brown turns up in one of Big Mouth's cutaway courtroom bits, presiding over whatever absurd hormonal dispute the show needs adjudicated. He's all robe and gavel and exaggerated judicial gravity, treating puberty's pettiest crimes like capital cases, and clearly enjoying every second of the bench.

The joke is in the mismatch: real courtroom sternness applied to imaginary teenage nonsense. Nick Kroll, already voicing half the cast, slips into the role with the same gleeful commitment he gives Maury, finding a fussy, self-important cadence that makes a two-line cameo funnier than its screen time has any right to be.
