José "Chepe" Santacruz-Londoño

Chepe Santacruz-Londoño is one of the four men running the Cali Cartel, the smoothest and most sociable of the bunch. He loves baseball, women, and the easy pleasures his money buys, treating the empire he helped build less like a war to be won than a good life to be protected and enjoyed.

Rapazote plays him as the cartel's charm offensive, all warmth and appetite where his partners are calculation and restraint. That looseness makes him unpredictable rather than safe — a man who genuinely likes people is still a man capable of anything when the empire he built starts slipping, and the show lets that contradiction sit unresolved.
