Jorge Luis Ochoa

Jorge Luis Ochoa belongs to one of Colombia's wealthiest families, a horse breeder and socialite whose fortune and connections make him an early, essential partner in Pablo Escobar's cocaine trade. He carries himself with old-money polish rather than gangster bravado, preferring negotiation and appearances to violence, even as he helps build an empire.

André Mattos plays him as the cartel's civilized face — a man who wants respectability as much as riches, and whose discomfort with Escobar's brutality is written into his posture long before it's spoken aloud. That tension, wealth versus consequence, gives the character a quiet, watchable unease amid Narcos' louder violence.
