Jerry Seinfeld

Jerry is a mildly successful stand-up comedian living in a Manhattan apartment, mostly untroubled by ambition beyond noticing the absurdities around him. He holds court with his small circle of friends, trading observations about dating, etiquette, and everyday irritations, staying amused and faintly detached while chaos swirls around everyone else.

Seinfeld plays a version of himself that's calm, wry, and slightly above the fray, which makes him the perfect stable center for his friends' escalating messes. His stand-up cadence bleeds into the dialogue, turning petty grievances into philosophy. He's less a character who changes than a fixed point everyone else ricochets off of, and that steadiness is the joke.
