Jenna Maroney

Jenna is the volcanically self-obsessed star of the sketch show within 30 Rock, a woman who treats every room as a stage and every conversation as an opportunity to talk about herself. She craves fame, adoration, and attention in roughly that order, and she'll do almost anything—costume, scandal, stunt—to get more of it.

Krakowski plays vanity as a form of pure, undiluted joy rather than insecurity, which makes Jenna's monstrous self-regard weirdly delightful instead of grating.
