Jean Havoc

Jean Havoc is a sharpshooter under Colonel Roy Mustang's command, usually seen with a cigarette hanging from his mouth and a rifle slung over his shoulder. He's easygoing, a little vain about his luck with women (which never actually holds), and loyal to his commanding officer without much fuss made about it.

He's the team's ordinary guy, no alchemy, no tragic destiny on display yet, just competence and dry humor, and that groundedness makes him a useful lens on the more extraordinary people around him. Ueda plays him loose and wry, so the running gags about his love life land as genuine charm rather than filler.
