Janos

Janos turns up as one of the many odd faces populating the fringes of Futurama's universe — a minor presence glimpsed rather than developed, part of the background hum of New New York's citizens and creatures. He exists mostly to fill out a scene, adding to the show's crowded, absurd texture.

The character works because David Herman, one of Futurama's reliable utility voices, gives even the smallest role a distinct texture and comic shading. It's a reminder of how the show's world feels dense and alive: full of names and faces that never need explaining to matter for a moment.
