Jake the Dog

Jake is a dog who can stretch, shrink, and reshape himself into nearly anything, and he uses that gift mostly to make life easier and weirder for his best friend Finn. Loose-limbed and laid-back, he treats the wildest dangers with a shrug and a grin, more interested in fun than glory.

John DiMaggio gives Jake a gravelly, unhurried drawl that turns even his silliest lines into something that sounds like earned wisdom. The character could be pure comic relief, but the writing lets him be genuinely sage between gags, and DiMaggio's voice makes that shift feel effortless rather than jarring.
