Ittetsu Takeda

Takeda is the young homeroom teacher who serves as faculty advisor to Karasuno's volleyball club, a role he clearly didn't expect to matter this much. He knows little about the sport technically, but he shows up early, stays late, and treats the team's revival as a cause worth chasing, chasing down old coaches and reading rulebooks in his spare time.

He's the rare adult character written with real function instead of decoration: his ignorance of volleyball is played for warmth, not comic filler, and his earnestness becomes the engine that pulls better help toward the boys. Hiroshi Kamiya gives him a nervous, eager cadence that makes his sincerity land instead of feeling naive.
