Ira Gamagoori

Gamagoori is the towering Chair of the Disciplinary Committee at Honnouji Academy, enforcer of Satsuki Kiryuin's absolute rule. He patrols with a whistle, a booming voice, and an army of masked subordinates, punishing uniform violations with theatrical brutality. Utterly loyal, he treats obedience to Satsuki as the highest virtue and greets every challenger with thunderous, chest-baring enthusiasm.

He's introduced as a pure wall of intimidation, then immediately undercut by sincerity so total it becomes funny — his devotion to Satsuki is played completely straight even as his methods are absurd. Tetsu Inada's booming delivery sells both the menace and the meathead charm, so a character built for shock-value villainy turns into one of the show's most endearing lunatics.
