Harry Percy

Henry Percy, heir to the Earl of Northumberland, drifts through the Tudor court as a young man of rank but little spine. He carries an old attachment to Anne Boleyn from before her rise, a fact that makes him useful to some and dangerous to himself, and he seems unable to stand firm against anyone who leans on him.

Harry Lloyd plays him as a boy who inherited a title but not the nerve to wear it, and the show uses him as a barometer of pressure — watch how he crumples the moment Cromwell fixes him with that patient, terrible attention. It's a small role that says a great deal about what power does to the unprotected.
