Happy Lowman

Happy Lowman is a nomad patch of SAMCRO, a bald, heavily tattooed enforcer who drifts in from Tacoma whenever the club needs muscle. He says little, smiles rarely, and carries out the club's dirtiest work with an unsettling calm — including a private ritual of flipping a coin before he kills.

David Labrava was a real outlaw biker before he was an actor, and it shows in every unhurried gesture — nothing about Happy feels performed. The writing gives him almost no interiority, and that's the point: he's pure function, a blunt instrument the show can deploy without moral hand-wringing, which makes his rare flickers of loyalty or humor land harder.
