Guillermo Pallomari

Guillermo Pallomari is the Cali cartel's chief accountant, a fussy, bespectacled numbers man who keeps the empire's books immaculate while trying to convince himself he's just an employee, not a criminal. Anxious, meticulous, and increasingly aware of how exposed his position really is, he wants nothing more than to survive with his family intact.

Javier Cámara plays him as a man perpetually flinching, and the show uses that nervous energy brilliantly: Pallomari is our access point into the Cali cartel's suffocating bureaucracy, a civilian drowning in criminal machinery. His terror feels utterly ordinary, which makes him one of Narcos' most human, sympathetic guides through monstrous territory.
