A jobbing sentry glimpsed wherever the plot needs someone to bar a door or blow a whistle at Fry, Leela, and the rest of the Planet Express crew. He's rules-bound, easily flustered by the show's chaos, and treats his small patch of authority — a checkpoint, a cell block, a velvet rope in the future — with total seriousness.

Futurama's gag economy runs on exactly these disposable functionaries, and John DiMaggio's gravelly, put-upon delivery turns a one-scene guard into a tiny comic engine: officious, thick, and gone before the joke even finishes landing. It's a testament to how much personality DiMaggio can pour into a role that exists for maybe four lines.
