Grimaldine

Grimaldine belongs to the dungeon of Knightmare, one of the strange guardians and dwellers the young adventurer must get past on the journey through Level One and beyond. Encountered rather than known, the figure exists to test, mislead, or aid the dungeoneer navigating the castle's chambers and puzzles.

Knightmare built its charm from exactly this kind of encounter: a costumed, committed performance dropped into a low-budget world of chroma-key corridors, where every stranger in the dungeon might be friend, obstacle, or riddle. Anthony Donovan plays into that uncertainty, giving a children's fantasy show a flash of real theatrical presence.
