Ginny Sacrimoni

Ginny Sacrimoni is Johnny Sack's wife, a warm, devoted homemaker whose weight has become a target of cruel jokes among the men in Tony's crew. She loves her husband fiercely and wants respect for herself and her family, standing quietly at the edges of mob gatherings while the men underestimate her entirely.

The show uses the crude jokes about Ginny to expose the casual misogyny running under all that mafia bravado, and Denise Borino-Quinn plays her with such unshowy dignity that she becomes a rebuke to it. She's rarely the focus, but when Johnny's loyalty to her surfaces, the marriage reads as the show's least ironic depiction of real love.
