Ghost of President Teddy Roosevelt Steve

A blustering apparition who materializes to dispense gruff, old-fashioned wisdom in a booming Roosevelt-ian voice, all mustache and Rough Rider bravado. He struts in convinced of his own wisdom, dishing out manly platitudes about courage and vigor to whoever will listen, oblivious to how little sense he actually makes in the room he's haunting.

The joke is the collision: a cartoonishly heroic historical ghost dropped into the middle of adolescent anxiety, taking himself with total sincerity. Nick Kroll's growling, chest-out delivery sells the absurdity without winking at it, and the character works precisely because he refuses to acknowledge how ridiculous his pep talks are.
