Ghost of Freddie Mercury

In Big Mouth's parade of specters who show up to guide kids through puberty, the Ghost of Freddie Mercury arrives in full rock-god glamour, dispensing flamboyant confidence and blunt encouragement to whichever anxious teen has summoned him. He struts, he sings, he treats crisis as a stage.

The show's whole trick is turning abstract adolescent panic into a costumed guest star, and Jordan Peele leans into the bit with warmth instead of parody, giving Freddie's pep talks real tenderness under the sequins. It's a small role built entirely on charisma, and Peele supplies plenty.
