Gear Person #2

Gear Person #2 is exactly what the name suggests: a bit player in some corner of the show's sprawling multiverse, glimpsed briefly and defined mostly by function rather than personality. They exist inside a joke or a set-piece, present for a scene rather than a story.

The pleasure here is Sarah Chalke, already the show's Beth, popping up uncredited-in-spirit as a nobody with a gag name, which is very much the show's style of humor — burying recognizable voice talent inside throwaway roles as a wink to anyone paying close attention to the credits.
