Garrett McNeill

Garrett works the floor at Cloud 9 and mans the PA system, where he narrates the store's chaos with bone-dry commentary and zero patience for corporate nonsense. He rolls through his shifts in a wheelchair, unbothered by most of it, more interested in needling his coworkers than in restocking shelves.

Colton Dunn's timing turns Garrett into the show's built-in Greek chorus — his PA announcements land like punchlines precisely because he sounds so unimpressed by everything happening around him. The writing never treats his disability as a plot point or a joke; it's just part of who he is, freeing him to be funny for entirely different reasons.
