Garbly

Garbly turns up in the sprawling, gag-dense universe of Futurama as one of the show's many odd, throwaway aliens — the kind of background face who gets a single memorable line or bit before vanishing back into the crowd of the 31st century.

The character exists mainly as a vehicle for John DiMaggio's voice work, and that's the appeal: DiMaggio can make even a barely-sketched, one-scene alien sound fully formed, giving Garbly a growl or cadence that's funnier than anything on the page.
