Gabriella Dante

Gabriella Dante is Silvio's wife, a fixture of the Soprano crew's social world rather than its business. She turns up at backyard parties, dinners, and hospital vigils, warm and watchful, folded into the tight web of wives who trade gossip, loyalty, and quiet worry over what their husbands do after dark.

Van Zandt (married to Silvio's actor Steven Van Zandt in real life) brings an easy, lived-in warmth to scenes that could otherwise be furniture. Gabriella never needs a big storyline to register — she's proof the show understood that the wives' ordinary solidarity is its own quiet commentary on the men's world next door.
