Furio Giunta

A soldier flown in from Naples to work for Tony Soprano's crew, Furio is quiet, formal, and unnervingly calm right up until he isn't. He handles collections and dirty work with old-country discipline, says little, and watches everything, a stranger's code of honor sitting oddly alongside the family's casual corruption.

Castelluccio plays him almost entirely through stillness and eyes, so the sudden bursts of violence land like a change in weather. He's the show's reminder that Tony's crew is a business built on imported brutality, and his rigid old-world courtliness makes him both the gentlest and most frightening man in the room.
