Frankie turns up as one of the many quickly-sketched faces populating Futurama's future New New York — a minor player dropped into the chaos of Planet Express business, rendered with just enough attitude and a distinctive voice to register before the plot moves on to bigger concerns.

John DiMaggio built a career out of exactly this kind of part: a gruff, fully committed voice thrown at a small role until it sounds like a whole person. Futurama's gag-a-second density depends on actors like him making throwaway characters land, and Frankie is a small, sturdy example of that craft.
