Frank Vernon

Frank Vernon is a longtime Waystar Royco lieutenant, all rumpled loyalty and institutional memory, who spent years in exile after crossing Logan Roy only to be welcomed back into the fold. He's diplomatic, self-deprecating, and seemingly resigned to being underestimated by the family he serves.

Peter Friedman plays Frank as the company's weary conscience, a man who has made his peace with humiliation because the alternative is irrelevance. The writing uses him for gallows humor and quiet pathos alike, and Friedman's droll, hangdog delivery makes Frank's compromises feel achingly human rather than pathetic.
