Frank Semyon

Frank Semyon is a Southern California crime boss trying to go legitimate, laundering his past through land deals and clean investments. Sharp-suited, deliberate, and quietly menacing, he negotiates as much as he intimidates, treating violence as a last resort for a man who has clawed his way up from nothing.

Vaughn plays against type, trading rapid patter for coiled stillness, and the show leans into his physical size to suggest a man who has built armor around old wounds. Frank's monologues about his hard-luck childhood give the character a wounded, almost tragic dignity beneath the gangster posturing.
