Frank Lapidus

Frank Lapidus is the helicopter pilot who flies in from the freighter Kahana, a rumpled, plain-spoken professional dropped into an island full of secrets and dubious authority figures. He wants answers as much as anyone, resents being lied to by his employers, and reacts to the island's madness with weary, practical skepticism rather than awe.

Fahey plays him as the one adult in the room who keeps noticing that nothing adds up, and his irritation becomes a stand-in for the audience's own suspicion of the freighter people. He is funny in a dry, unforced way, competent when it matters, and refreshingly uninterested in mythology for its own sake.
