Character
Floyd
Floyd in The Cleveland Show (2009), played by Mike Henry.
Floyd had been the proprietor of the Stoolbend local drive-in theater until he was forced to close due to a plan to tear down the drive-in in "The Blue And The Gray And The Brown". When Cleveland finds out about the plan to tear down the drive-in, he successfully appeals the town council to keep it open, despite Floyd's concern that he only has a few months to live.
