Fiona "Fi" Healey

Fi Healey is Head of Sustainability at the Olympic Deliverance Commission, tasked with keeping the impossible logistics of London 2012 on track. She is calm, sharp and quietly competent amid a swirl of corporate waffle and self-important colleagues, forever the one actually doing the work while everyone else talks about it.

Morven Christie plays the straight woman brilliantly, letting Fi's dry glances and clipped patience do the comic work while everyone around her spirals into jargon. The writing trusts her to be the audience's anchor of sanity, and Christie makes that restraint funny in itself, turning competence into the show's sneakiest running joke.
