Fernando Vera

Fernando Vera runs a drug operation in Elliot's world with the calm, unhurried menace of a man who has never had to raise his voice to be obeyed. He holds Shayla's debts and, by extension, some claim on her life, and he watches Elliot with the amused patience of someone deciding whether he's a threat or a toy.

Elliot Villar plays him without the usual tough-guy tics — no shouting, no theater, just a soft, reasonable voice that makes the threat worse. The show uses him to puncture Elliot's insulated hacker-hero fantasy, dragging in real-world stakes that code can't patch, and the performance's stillness makes every scene with him feel dangerous.
