Feffernoose

Feffernoose turns up as one of the many odd, briefly-glimpsed faces that populate Futurama's far-future New New York — the kind of background figure the show tosses off with a name and a joke rather than a full arc, present just long enough to color a scene.

Phil LaMarr's flexibility as a voice actor is the real draw here: he can drop into a one-off character like this and give it a distinct texture without needing pages of backstory, which is very much the Futurama house style of packing its world with small, funny nobodies.
