Fanny

Fanny turns up as one of the many incidental faces that drift through New New York, a small voice in a big satirical universe rather than a driver of the plot. She appears, says her piece, and lets the chaos around the Planet Express crew carry on without her.

Futurama's gift is stuffing its margins with fully-formed weirdos, and Tress MacNeille is one of the show's great utility players, capable of snapping into a new voice and attitude in a single line. Even a glancing character benefits from that specificity, landing a joke with more personality than the screen time would suggest.
