Lucas's little sister at Hawkins Middle, sharp-tongued and unimpressed by the older kids' secrecy. She turns up uninvited, calls out nonsense when she sees it, and demands to know what's actually going on rather than being shooed away. Confident, quick, and allergic to being condescended to.

She's the audience's skeptic planted inside the show's own mythology, refusing to accept 'because I said so' from anyone. Priah Ferguson plays her with comic timing sharp enough to land every put-down, but never lets Erica become just a punchline machine — there's real nerve and loyalty underneath the sass.
