Enid

Enid is a teenage survivor living behind Alexandria's walls, though she seems to belong more to the world outside them. Quiet and watchful, she slips out through the fences alone, carving 'JSS' into surfaces as a private code — just survive somehow. She resists closeness, having learned that people you let in can be lost.

The show gives her a hardened, almost feral self-sufficiency that contrasts sharply with the community trying to civilize her, and Nacon plays that guardedness without ever tipping into melodrama — her stillness reads as calculation, not passivity.
