Elizabeth Burke is Peter's wife, an event planner with sharp instincts and a warm, unflappable manner. She is curious, generous, and nobody's pushover.

The show could easily have made her a worried spouse waiting at home, but the writing gives her a career, opinions, and genuine chemistry with both Peter and Neal. Thiessen plays her with easy warmth and a knowing glint, so every scene she's in feels like the domestic counterweight to all that con-artist scheming — and just as sharp.
