Eli "Weevil" Navarro

Weevil runs the PCH bike gang at Neptune High, all leather jacket and easy menace, the kid teachers assume is trouble before he opens his mouth. He and Veronica circle each other warily, useful to one another across the town's brutal class line, neither quite trusting the other yet.

The show hands you a stereotype—biker, ex-con family, wrong side of the tracks—and then lets Capra quietly dismantle it scene by scene, revealing sharp intelligence and a strict personal code under the swagger. His prickly, unlikely rapport with Veronica becomes one of the series' most surprising loyalties.
