Ebraheim runs the loading dock at the Original Beef, checking in deliveries, managing invoices, and generally functioning as the restaurant's quiet ballast. Amid the shouting and chaos of the kitchen, he's unbothered, practical, and dryly observant, the guy who notices what everyone else is too frantic to see.

Edwin Lee Gibson plays him with such unhurried calm that he becomes a visual joke and a relief in the same breath — the eye of the show's storm. The writing uses him sparingly, but every appearance lands, because he says less than anyone and somehow clocks more.
