Dylan George

Dylan George works the severed floor of Lumon's Macrodata Refinement team, and he takes the job's absurd little perks — waffle parties, finger traps, melon bars — with total, unironic seriousness. He's competitive, loyal to his team, proud of his numbers, and mostly incurious about the world beyond the office door he can't remember walking through.

Zach Cherry plays him as a company man who has no idea how small his company is, and that gap between his enthusiasm and his circumstances is where the show's comedy and its ache both live. He's funniest when he's most sincere, and Cherry never winks at the audience — Dylan believes in the waffle party completely.
