Dr. Litman

Dr. Litman is the Schitt's Creek town physician, the man the Roses turn to whenever illness, anxiety, or awkward family business requires a professional witness. He's calm, dry, and entirely unfazed by the family's theatrics, treating their meltdowns with the same mild patience he'd give a common cold.

Martin Roach plays him as the show's designated adult in the room, a small dose of normalcy that makes the Roses' hysteria funnier by contrast. He never competes for the joke; he just delivers his lines flatly and lets the family's absurdity crash against his professionalism, which is its own quiet punchline.
