Davo Sculdun

A well-heeled fence with the manners of a gentleman, Davo Sculdun trades in stolen fortunes and quiet leverage. He meets Vel and her circle as a broker who can move the Empire's plundered wealth for a price, all easy smiles and unhurried menace, never raising his voice to get what he wants.

Richard Dillane plays him as pure velvet threat, a man who never needs to shout because everyone already knows what he can do. Andor loves these mid-level operators who reveal how the galaxy's black markets actually function, and Sculdun's oily courtesy makes every scene he's in feel like a negotiation with a loaded gun.
