Darius Epps

Darius drifts through Atlanta's fringes as Earn's roommate and Alfred's right-hand man, a stoner-philosopher who treats every conspiracy theory and side quest with the same calm seriousness. He's unbothered by hustle or status, chasing samurai swords and off-brand cereal mascots with equal sincerity, always a step outside everyone else's logic.

Stanfield plays him as genuinely, unnervingly at peace, which makes his non-sequiturs land less like comic relief and more like a different way of seeing the world entirely. The show trusts him to carry whole episodes into surreal territory, and his deadpan stillness is what keeps the absurdity feeling lived-in rather than gimmicky.
