Crosby Braverman

Crosby is the youngest Braverman sibling, still coasting on charm and good intentions at an age when his brothers and sister have settled into marriage and careers. He runs a recording studio with his brother, dates without much thought of the future, and treats responsibility as something he'll get to eventually. Then his life stops being simple.

Dax Shepard plays him as genuinely lovable rather than merely likable, which is what makes his growing pains land instead of grate. The show doesn't rush him toward maturity — it lets him flail, dodge, and slowly show up, and Shepard finds the sincerity underneath the deflecting jokes without ever losing the jokes.
