Cowardman

Cowardman is exactly what his name promises: a costumed hero who shows up whenever trouble starts, sizes up the danger, and immediately flees. He wears the cape and the confident logo of a proper superhero, but the moment anything resembling risk appears, he is gone, leaving whoever needed rescuing to fend for themselves.

The joke is entirely in the gap between iconography and behavior — a superhero costume attached to zero heroism — and Billy West plays him with the same puffed-up, self-assured delivery he'd give an actual hero, which makes the punchline land harder every time he bolts. It's a small, efficient bit, never overexplained.
