Council of Ricks

A vast interdimensional body made up of countless alternate-universe Ricks, all bickering, self-important versions of the same genius, governing Rick-related affairs from a floating citadel. They meet in tiered chambers to legislate, posture, and pursue schemes, treating their own multiplicity as both bureaucratic burden and cosmic joke.

The gag is structural: every voice in the room is Justin Roiland's same Rick cadence, so the council becomes a hall of mirrors mocking main-character exceptionalism. It lets the show satirize institutions, hierarchy, and the idea that genius scales into wisdom, all while one actor's vocal tics multiply into absurd, squabbling crowd noise.
