Constant Calamita

Constant Calamita is a soldier in the Fadda crime family, sent to Kansas City to help settle old scores and keep new ones from starting. He moves through rooms quietly, dresses sharply, and does whatever violence the family requires with an unnerving, almost courtly calm.

Bruno plays him with a stillness that reads as menace rather than blankness — he never raises his voice, never seems rushed, and that composure becomes the scariest thing about him. Fargo has always found horror in politeness, and Calamita is that idea made into a person: immaculate, patient, and utterly without hesitation.
