Connor

Connor is the nice, slightly odd young man who becomes Tracey's boyfriend as she tries to figure out sex and life outside her strict religious upbringing on a rough London estate. He's sweet, a bit sheltered himself, and utterly unprepared for how chaotic Tracey's world is about to get.

Robert Lonsdale plays him with a gentle, guileless energy that makes him the calm center of a show built on chaos. He's funny precisely because he isn't trying to be — his earnestness collides with Tracey's frantic scheming, and the mismatch generates some of the show's warmest, most awkward comedy.
